Dr. Fehér Attila LL. M.

Dr Attila Fehér LL.M. is one of its key members of the mining, environmental and real estate practice group at Ecovis Hungary Legal. His main profile is the corporate law, employment law and economic - commercial law.

He graduated from Faculty of Law of Széchenyi István University in 2012, later, he specialized as a legal expert in employment law (LL.M.) at the Institute of Postgraduate Legal Studies of ELTE, Budapest in 2017, passed BAR exam in 2018 with excellent results. He joined the Hungarian legal team of Ecovis in 2015.

His featured areas of expertise are employment law, data protection law and corporate law, in addition, he has significant experience in economic law, contract law, bankruptcy and liquidation law, real estate law, town planning and construction law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and litigation.

He has significant theoretical and practical knowledge in the broad field of labor law: providing litigation representation on the employer and employee side; preparation of employment contracts, employer measures, regulations; consulting on creating an optimal labor law environment, including data protection issues affecting the employment relationship and labor law due diligence of companies.

He has wide-ranging experience in the day-to-day legal support of companies, including in corporate, commercial, economic, real estate, labor law and litigation matters in both Hungarian and English.

He regularly participates in M&A and due diligence projects, making use of his knowledge of corporate, economic- and labor law.

He regularly drafts contracts for the sale and purchase of real estate for, and has significant experience in land development, land regulation and construction matters.
