Benefits of Arbitration

Do you have a litigation case? It is worth turning to arbitration instead of going to a traditional court.

Since the new civil procedural rules (“Pp.”) entered into effect this year, it has become significantly more difficult to enforce your rights due to the various interpretation of the law by the courts. In several cases applications are not even accepted by the court and those who are seeking legal advice may feel to be overshadowed by some technical-procedural details.

However, there is an effective way to resolve the issue:
Take your case to an arbitration court where procedural rules do not include formalities specified by the Pp.

Arbitration is unbiased. Procedural rules may be flexibly formed by the agreement of the parties who can take into consideration international procedural principles, experience and recommendations; and the arbitration court bring its promptly enforceable decision in one instance.
