Competition for junior lawyers 2021

The competition for junior lawyers at Ecovis Hungary Legal continued in 2021, and dr. Daniel Kaltenecker could take home the first prize once again repeating his excellent performance of last year. As the strict pandemic rules have been finally lifted we had the chance to gather for the first time in a long time to celebrate the success of our colleague and to congratulate and to toast to him.

Launched in 2020 with the intention of creating a tradition, the participants in the second year successfully overcame the obstacles caused by the long-lasting pandemic situation. As the transformation of the ownership of our law firm was completed in the summer, during our organizational renewal, junior lawyers also played a significant role in the successful representation of our clients. We are proud of their independence, initiative and professional performance.

The goal of the competition: Our junior lawyers were enthusiastic and committed to compete and to begin to develop their own clientele within their practice group in addition to their day-to-day tasks and to the burden of continuous learning. The competition was held on a voluntary and only-win basis. At the announcement of the results, the first three places were presented and the most successful candidate was awarded.

According to Ecovis Hungary Legal’s policy, under the guidance of an experienced partner lawyer several experts work together to complete an assignment in a practice group and junior lawyers will gradually have the opportunity to work more and more independently.
