Dr. György Zalavári LL.M.

Dr. György Zalavári LL.M. is the head of Ecovis Zalavári Legal Hungary, dealing with foreign clients and corporate and real estate matters. In addition to the main areas of expertise, the team's activities also cover data protection law, employment law and economic and commercial law. The members of Ecovis Zalavári Lawyers Association and Ecovis Zalavári Legal Hungary's cooperating lawyers also handle assignments in public procurement law, consumer protection, immigration law, IT law and enforcement law. 

He obtained his law degree from the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University in 1995. In 2000, he attended a training course in corporate law, and in 2019, he graduated with a master's degree in data protection law at the Eötvös Loránd University Institute of Continuing Legal Education.

His clientele includes several foreign-owned Hungarian companies and branches, and he is continuously involved in the establishment and operation of such legal entities. In addition to his work as a lawyer, he manages the international relations of the law firm, and in 2018, he was elected as a member of the supervisory board of ECOVIS International's Swiss headquarters for a 3-year term.

He specialises primarily in the permanent representation of companies and other entities but also handles individual legal matters for companies and individuals.

His basic approach to corporate litigation is to create a legal and guarantee environment that is primarily aimed at preventing disputes and resolving disputes quickly out of court.

He regularly shares his practical experience and informative legal opinions in his areas of expertise in blogs for the Legal Blog, Wolters Kluwer Legal World, Ingatlan.com Knowledge Base, and Money.hu Knowledge Base.
