Dr. Tamás Szécsi LL.M.

Dr. Tamás Szécsi primarily provides legal services to domestic and international companies in the areas of civil and commercial law, corporate law, and health law.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the University of Szeged in 2012, and in 2015 he gained a qualification as a lawyer-economist at Corvinus University of Budapest. In 2019, he graduated as a healthcare lawyer from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences at Eötvös Lóránd University. He has been active as a lawyer since 2017.

He provides comprehensive legal and strategic advice to his clients on their economic and business activities, as well as on legal solutions to organizational development issues arising in companies. He also contributes to the legal compliance of his clients' economic and commercial relationships by developing civil law contracts and non-standard agreements. He also provides legal support in resolving liability issues arising in the course of business activities.

His main area of expertise is healthcare law, which involves participating in the development of contractual structures and terms and conditions for institutions, healthcare providers, and companies operating in the healthcare sector, as well as in the creation of procedural rules governing healthcare-specific processes.

He provides legal services in both Hungarian and English.
