Business & Law Section Launched

Since the last week of November, a new section called Business & Law has been added to the website of arsboni.hu. Our experts will regularly publish articles about trending issues related to economic law and about the latest regulations of the business sector in this permanent section which was developed by the strategic cooperation between Arsboni and Ecovis Hungary Legal.

Young lawyers and law students frequently visiting the portal may find our inter-disciplinary and informative practical experience that we will publish in the new Business & Law section interesting.

Arsboni.hu is an independent medium which looks at public events from a legal point of view and helps improve the jurisprudence with its articles. Our aim is to contribute to this activity by publishing our expert opinions, interpreting new regulations and drawing attention to problematic details.

The topic of our first two articles in November - December: practical problems of executing pre-emption rights and taking over real properties by the mortgagee in the course of liquidation.

Ecovis Hungary Legal, as an employer partner, participated in the carrier expo organized by Arsboni; held in October.

The next step of the cooperation is the launching of the Business & Law section on arsboni.hu. However, in the framework of our long-term strategic cooperation further initiatives are being developed.
