Szilvia Nemecz

She graduated in 1994 from the College for Foreign Trade specialising in foreign trading. She completed the certified accountant training course of the Hungarian Chamber of Auditors and regularly attends further training courses and relevant programmes to keep her knowledge up-to- date. She is currently a student of the IFRS certified accountant course.

She started her professional career at & Young before creating her own accounting company in 1998 that she has been an owner-director of ever since. In the meantime, the name of the 18-year-old company changed from Nemecz Invest Kft. to Mentor-3000 Kft. Today it is part of the ECOVIS HUNGARY group under the name of Ecovis Accounting Kft. with a team of 14 dedicated experts. Apart from her tasks as a managing director she is active in the field of customer relations, too, keeping track not only of new assignments but also the needs and requirements of new clients.

Thanks to the varied requirements of her diverse clientele she acquired extensive professional experience in accounting. She is an authority on company transformations, liquidations and winding-up proceedings. One of her key references is a limited company that still exists today and was created by means of the amalgamation of five different companies. One of her specialities is real estate transactions. By providing accounting services to several branches of a franchise network she has made herself acquainted with all the details of the special accounting requirements of this market. As an expert focussing on the practical side of matters, she still compiles business plans for her clients. She is also active in consulting where her clients can rely on her extensive knowledge when they seek her advice regarding the next step of their company.
