A New Publication on Trust Management

Almost at the same time with the 6th conference of STEP Hungary, a summary on the couple of years old “Hungarian Trust” has been released: a collection of studies on the Introduction of Trusts in Hungary and International Practice.  

The book, of more than 200 pages, contains edited lectures and materials from the conferences which have being held since 2014. Ecovis Hungary Legal senior partner dr. Gábor B. Szabó’s name appears in the first place among the authors who, with his co-author, discusses the social relations of trust management.  The papers cover how private law, licensing, social and taxation contexts relate to national legislation and some English studies analyse international legislation and practice, e.g. in Hong Kong, Lichtenstein, Czech Republic and Russia.
